A Note For Parents / Guardians
All camp communication for camp information, schedule updates, weather issues, etc. will come via e-mail. Please be sure that in registering, you provide the e-mail address of the party that needs to see this information most.

Ages
9 years and older, we will cover basic mechanics to advanced controlled scrimmages. Groups will be split by age, grade and skill level for camper safety.

Registration, T-Shirt & Lunch When Provided

Monday, July 16th

  • 11:00am: Check-In (Jane B. Moore Press Box)
  • 12:00pm-4:30pm: Skill Instruction

Tuesday, July 17th & Wednesday, July 18th

  • 9:00am: Check-In (Jane B. Moore Press Box)
  • 10:00am-12:30pm: Skill Instruction
  • 12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch Provided
  • 1:30pm-4:30pm: Game Play

Confirmation Email
A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon registration with further camp information. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please be sure to check your spam e-mail. Feel free to reach out to meganreynolds.au@gmail.com if you still do not see the confirmation e-mail.

Required Medical Paperwork

  • Medical Clearance Form
  • Physician's Signature on Medical Clearance Form OR on Participant Physical
  • Copy of Front & Back of Insurance Card
  • Camp Waiver (Signed Online Upon Registration)

Please Return Them To

Previous Camp Balance / Camp Forwards
DO NOT register online if you are using a forward from a previous camp, please e-mail meganreynolds.au@gmail.com once registration has opened for the camp or clinic your camper would like to attend. An e-mail must be received prior to the camp or clinic filling up.

Camp Refund Policy
In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable. If for some reason a camper cannot attend, please inform Megan Reynolds (meganreynolds.au@gmail.com) at least one week prior to the camp or clinic date and we will gladly forward your camp balance to be used towards for a different Mickey Dean Camp or clinic. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to meganreynolds.au@gmail.com and the balance will be forwarded, if the cancellation is made prior to camp. Finally, no refunds or balance forwards will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp. Please contact Megan Reynolds should you have any questions about the refund policy.

Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
